Gamal TambouraFounder & PresidentGamal Tamboura is an entrepreneur and nonprofit leader with international experience in business development and community service. Originally from Burkina Faso, he has led business initiatives and served on the board of a foundation supporting individuals with physical disabilities and orphaned children.After relocating to the United States, he founded Jatacha Connect LLC and Gamal Business, building ventures focused on innovation and economic opportunity. Driven by a commitment to community impact, he later established Empower Together Foundation to expand access to education, strengthen underserved families, and provide essential community support services.Gamal’s leadership is grounded in accountability, measurable impact, and responsible stewardship of resources. His vision is to build scalable, sustainable programs that begin with focused initiatives in Maryland and expand responsibly to serve communities nationwide.
Roseline SoubeigaTreasurer & SecretaryRoseline Soubeiga was born and raised in Burkina Faso, where she pursued her higher education and developed a strong passion for communication, leadership, and community service. She is a trained Media Production Engineer with expertise in audiovisual production and media communication.After relocating to the United States, Roseline continued her commitment to service and currently works in the mental health field as an Educational Instructor, supporting individuals and families through education, guidance, and empowerment.Roseline is also an entrepreneur and community leader. She serves as Executive Vice President of Faso Moussow of the Diaspora (Women of the Diaspora), an organization dedicated to empowering African women abroad and strengthening connections between communities in the diaspora and Africa. She is also the founder of the U.S.–Burkina Faso Investors Fair, an initiative promoting investment and economic collaboration between the United States and Burkina Faso.As Co-Founder and Treasurer & Secretary of Empower Together Foundation, Roseline contributes to the organization’s governance, financial oversight, and strategic development, supporting programs that expand access to education, mental health resources, and community support services.
Valerie KarambiriDirectorValerie Karambiri serves as a Director of Empower Together Foundation, where she contributes to the organization’s strategic direction and supports the development of programs that benefit underserved communities.She previously worked in public relations and administrative roles in Burkina Faso, gaining experience in communication, organizational coordination, and community engagement.Through her role with the foundation, Valerie helps strengthen community outreach efforts and supports initiatives that expand educational opportunities and empower families.
